Jordan Marsh Company Stables are built.

They are located at 477 Harrison Avenue. The building houses carriages and offices on the first two floors and horse stalls on the third and fourth floor accessible by ramps and elevators. Later used for other commercial purposes, the building is converted to condominiums in 2016.*
